Bordeaux

Bordeaux is on of the most important and the largest wine producing regions of France. Bordeaux is situated at the banks of the rivers Garonne and Dordogne. Garonne and Dordogne meet to form Gironde Estuary before flowing into the Atlantic Ocean.

The climate is mild maritime with long, humid and warm summers. The soil is clay, sand or well-drained grave.
